The fitness suite at Portchester Community School are really pleased to introduce Tom Company, our new fitness instructor. Tom has vast experience in the fitness field and is coming to the end of his Masters Degree in Sports Performance, he has trained all levels from the general public to elite athletes.
If you would like to up your fitness, to talk to Tom about how to progress or to get you started then please let us know.
Induction is necessary to keep you safe and we would ask you to book on at reception; 023 92 369 4399 or campus@portchester.hants.sch.uk; this will cost £10. A member of the community team will be available between 2pm and 7pm weekdays and 9am and 12noon on a Saturday to take your call.
Please keep an eye out for a new class starting on 16 January, Body Boost, Wednesday 6.15 to7pm; fitness training to suit your needs.
